John Robertson chairs the WorldFront Group of companies, including its subsidiaries in the United States and the United Kingdom. He has over thirty years of executive management and governance experience with public and private sector organisations in New Zealand, North America, and the United Kingdom. In his commercial life, his focus has been on international trade and investment. This has been complimented by his public life which provided him with links into the Asia Pacific Rim countries in particular.
John has chaired a number of governance boards over time, including a statutory corporation with in excess of $1 billion of assets (Infrastructure Auckland), successful start-up companies like the Fishpond Group and Sealegs Corporation, and local government bodies. He is currently on the Board of Regional Facilities Auckland and the chair of its Audit Committee.
He is a former Member of the New Zealand Parliament, where he chaired the Foreign Affairs and Defence Select Committee from 1990 to 1993 and the State Enterprises Select Committee from 1993 to 1996.
Daniel is the founder and CEO of WorldFront. Prior to founding WorldFront, Daniel founded Fishpond which under his leadership grew into a multi-million dollar, multinational ecommerce business.
Daniel was initially studying electrical engineering when he realised a career in engineering didn't excite him. University seminars on entrepreneurship influenced Daniel to start Fishpond and WorldFront.
Maurice Bryham is a technology entrepreneur based in Auckland, New Zealand. In the last 20 years he has founded or co-founded a number of technology companies which have grown from startups to become large multi-million dollar companies, some of which were acquired by publicly listed corporations on the Nasdaq, ASX or NZX. He has extensive experience with multinational technology companies in marketing, product management, supply chain and manufacturing.
Maurice is the author of 20 international technology patents. He invented the Sealegs amphibious boat which from startup has sold over $150 million of amphibious marine craft worldwide.
Maurice set the World Record for fastest crossing of the English Channel by an Amphibious Vehicle which he took from the previous holder, Sir Richard Branson. Maurice is passionate about technology, innovation, product design and excellence in engineering.
Chris leads the finance function bringing with him practical experience building, leading, and advising technology based companies through international growth expansion. Chris has previously held senior executive roles developing and growing technology businesses globally in diverse sectors including robotics, GPS, sensor, consumer and industrial electronics. Chris holds a BCom from the University of Auckland and is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.
